Today I found out about the vehicle with the hollow exhaust that drives incredibly early near my house. I looked out the window and saw one of those boxy looking cars (maroon) pull up outside a neighbours house. A very young man (old enough to drive?) got out ran up the drive and delivered a newspaper. He ran back to the car and drove off another few metres to the next house and so on.

Mystery solved. Although I do wish he'd sort his exhaust out.
